A Mediterranean restaurant in a NoHo historic district building marks chef Bobby Flay’s return to downtown New York. Interiors bear a craftsman’s subtle but unmistakable touch, just like the cuisine. Guests enter to find original architectural details like vaulted brick ceilings and cast-iron columns accented with industrial lights and custom furnishings. Layers of texture and a subdued palette elevate the dining experience within the restaurant’s three main areas—the lounge, the bar area and the 117-seat main dining room. Handcrafted Mediterranean-style tiles in blue, terra cotta, and white unite the spaces.
